The OPC places a large degree of importance on the youth of the congregation and over the years has provided a variety of outlets for its youth to participate in.

The Covenanters
Covenanters is our Sunday evening youth group for age twelve years and upwards. The aim is to reach young people by offering an exciting attractive programme of teaching, worship, activity, fun, and fellowship to lead them to a knowledge and a love for the Lord, to serve their church, and to prepare them for full adult membership. The covenanters meet at 7:15pm on Sunday evenings in the church centre.

AK (Auld Kirk) Club
A new title for the old 'Sunday School' which takes place between 11a.m. and 12.15p.m. each Sunday at the church centre in Barrasgate Road. The different age groups within the Sunday club are identified with the names Pebbles, Rocks, Stones and Boulders. Every month there is a family service at the church in which the children participate.

Sunday Breakfast Club
The Sunday Breakfast Club (formerly Bible Class) meets on a Sunday morning from 9:30 - 10:40am. Youngsters from ages 12 years upwards attend Breakfast club and are supported by 3 youth leaders.
As the name suggests each session is started with a light breakfast, used in building up fellowship and discussing what has happened during the past week. The Bible study session changes focus over the year and can look at key figures, festivals, and faith in our daily lives - What does it mean being a teenager and a Christian in the 21st century? Every May Day weekend a residential weekend is organised at the Fairburn Activity Centre. This gives everyone, young people and leaders the opportunity to grow in friendship and faith as well as gaining skills in archery, canoeing etc.
Sunday Breakfast Club aims to help young people to better understand and question their faith in order to help them become faithful and confident followers of Jesus Christ.

Koral Kids
is the church's junior choir group which has been established for many years. The group meets every Thursday in the session room between 4.30 and 5.15pm. The Koral Kids perform one or two songs every family service and also take part in special events throughout the year. Their enthusiasm and lively songs enhance the family atmosphere and fellowship at the OPC.

The Boys Brigade
The OPC is host to the 1st Fraserburgh Boys Brigade. Within the 1st company we have three different sections catering to different age groups and an award winning bugle band. The Anchor Boys and Junior Section meet on Tuesdays in the centre, while the Company/Senior Section meet on Friday evenings, and the Bugle Band practice on Wednesdays.
The 1st Fraserburgh strives for excellence amongst its boys and comprehensive badge work courses are maintained to ensure that every boy earns his awards fairly. Almost every year we have candidates put forward for the Queens Badge, the highest achievement awarded in the Boys Brigade, and nearly all the boys in the company put forward for this gain the award.

The Girls Brigade
The OPC is also host to the 3rd Fraserburgh Girls Brigade, which aims to help and encourage girls and women towards a Christian commitment. Constructive programmes are offered to members promoting self control, reverence and a sense of responsibility. Their motto is to seek, serve and follow Christ. Divisions of Explorers, Juniors and Brigaders catering to three age groups, all of which meet on Thursday in the centre.

The Girl Guides
There are two Guide companies attached to the church - the 3rd, comprising 28 girls(2006) meet on Monday nights and the recently re-formed 3rd-A (12 girls - 2006) get together on Wednesday nights. Both companies are highly active and heavily involved with badge work.

The Summer Sunday Club
The Summer Sunday Club began in 1988 and meets in the church centre every Sunday throughout the summer break. The club caters for children of all ages. The emphasis of the club is fun and fellowship and children have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities.
